Founding 5 · conditions

B-Software Bruno Moreira e.U. ("B-Software", "we", "us") offers five eligible businesses a professional website build at the following rates (the "Founding 5"):

• Founding Partner (one place): a one-page website at zero build fee (free). Hosting and technical care apply from go-live as Website Basis at €19/month (see section 7).
• Founding Customer (four places): a Founding Voucher worth approximately 30% of the standard B-Software rate as quoted individually, toward a website of up to four pages. Hosting and technical care apply from go-live as Website Basis at €19/month (see section 7).

The Founding 5 is limited to five places in total and runs until all five are filled or the offer is withdrawn by B-Software with reasonable advance notice.

The offer is available to businesses that meet all of the following:

• A small or micro business (sole trader or company, broadly under 10 employees).
• Based in the DACH region (Austria, Germany, or Switzerland).
• Not yet a B-Software client for web design services.
• Already registered and operating. If you are still setting up, we sign once your business has started; until then we can prepare the scope together at no charge.

The offer is limited to one per business, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Included: professional design, email contact link, imprint and privacy (as separate pages), mobile optimisation, SSL, domain setup guide.

Not included: domain (bought and paid for by the client, who always keeps control of it), texts and images (provided by the client), SEO optimisation, dynamic features (booking systems, e-commerce, CMS, user accounts).

Revisions: 2 rounds of design revisions and 2 rounds of text revisions are included. Additional rounds are chargeable at the standard hourly rate of EUR 80.

Contact: visitor contact is via a direct email link displayed on the site. No form processing or data storage by B-Software is included in the offer.

Same scope as Section 3, applied across up to four pages.

Voucher basis: the Founding Voucher is worth approximately 30% of the standard B-Software rate for the agreed project as quoted individually. The quoted rate reflects the project scope; the client pays the balance after the voucher is applied.

Revisions: 2 rounds of design revisions and 2 rounds of text revisions are included.

Planned delivery times from project start (guide values, not binding):

• Founding Partner: 2 calendar weeks.
• Founding Customer: 2 calendar weeks.

Both timelines are conditional on:

• All texts and images delivered in full before work begins.
• Feedback provided within 2 business days of each review round.
• Any scope change after work has started must be agreed and planned first, and is charged at the standard (non-discounted) hourly rate.

Delays caused by late material delivery or slow feedback extend the timeline accordingly (AGB 4.2).

The domain must be registered by the client in their own name before go-live. Domain costs are separate and not covered by the offer. B-Software will not hold registrar credentials or act as registrant. B-Software provides written DNS setup instructions; hands-on assistance is available but not guaranteed within the two-week window.

Hosting and technical care are provided as Website Basis at €19/month from go-live, billed monthly in advance. Technical problems are always handled. Alternatively, Website Care at €49/month adds up to 30 minutes of requested changes per month (3-month minimum term, then cancellable monthly). The first invoice is due before deployment. Anything beyond these two options is agreed on request.

Late payment and suspension: if a payment is missed, B-Software sends one written reminder by email. If payment is not received within 14 days of that reminder, B-Software may suspend the hosting: the site is replaced by a neutral holding page. No data is deleted at this point.

Data retention: after suspension, stored data is retained for 60 days. During this window the client may reactivate hosting by settling all outstanding amounts; no reactivation fee is charged. After 60 days B-Software reserves the right to permanently delete the data.

Domain: the domain remains registered in the client's name at all times. Suspension of hosting has no effect on domain ownership.

The client may leave hosting at any time with 30 days' notice to month-end. On exit, B-Software provides a static export of the site against a one-time transfer fee of €150. Sites with a backend, WordPress, mailing lists or several domains take more work and are billed at actual effort at the hourly rate in the quote on top. Dev-environment access and deployment tooling are not included in the handover; the export contains all publicly accessible content in a self-contained form.
