A small studio with a simple idea.

I am Bruno. I grew up in Portugal, hold a BSc in Electronics and Economics, and spent years working inside B2B software companies. I learned how software is built, tested, sold and used, and perhaps more importantly, how complicated technology can become for people who simply need it to work.

The closer I looked, the more obvious one thing became: small businesses were often being asked to change the way they worked just to use technology that promised to make their lives easier. I started wondering: what if the technology adapted to them instead?

Why websites? For most service businesses, a good website is still the most important thing they have online. It's where customers understand your business, see what you offer and decide what to do next. But it shouldn't just look good. It should be easy to find, easy to use and easy to keep up to date. That's what B-Software is here for: nothing complicated, no technology for its own sake.

I take care of how service businesses show up online, so they get found, build trust and hear from more customers. Building what comes next: the same idea is shaping AskDila, a tool I'm building to help service businesses handle bookings and customer messages more easily. It isn't available yet.
