Websites

A website that works for your business and is easy for your customers.

For coaches, therapists and practices, for beauty, hair and wellness studios, and for businesses that have just opened, in Austria and Germany. Before I design anything, we work out together what your customers need to know, what your website should do for you and what it can leave out. After launch, I spend three months checking how it performs and fine-tuning it.

Plan your website project

§ 01 · Where you start

One way of working, three starting points.

Whichever fits you, the steps are the same: we work out what your business needs, I design and build it, and I fine-tune it for three months after launch. Not sure where your current website stands? The website check is free.

Starting point I

New website

From scratch, with intent.

For businesses that have outgrown a Facebook page or never had a website. Built around how your customers find and contact you.

  • Designed for your business
  • Works well on a phone
  • Easy to read and use
  • Runs on servers in Germany
  • Customers can message you on WhatsApp
  • Three months of fine-tuning after launch
Starting point II

Website redesign

Same business, clearer website.

For businesses with a site that no longer shows who they are. Clearer design, better on mobile, and a clear path to an enquiry.

  • A fresh design
  • Clearer texts and pages
  • Loads quickly, easier to find on Google
  • Customers can message you on WhatsApp
  • Three months of fine-tuning after launch
Starting point III

Brand + website

Your brand, sharpened.

For businesses whose logo, colours or style need work. I improve what you have, or create a simple brand if you're starting fresh, then build the website around it.

  • Logo, colours and style improved
  • A new website
  • Texts that sound like you
  • Customers can message you on WhatsApp
  • Three months of fine-tuning after launch

Starting prices by size: one page from €900, 2–5 pages from €1,500, 6–9 pages from €2,400, larger sites on request. These are starting points, not fixed prices. Your price depends on what your website needs, and you get it in your proposal. As a small business (Kleinunternehmer), I currently charge no VAT.

§ 02 · What's different

Five things a template can't do.

Built with accessibility in mind

I pay attention to readable text, clear contrast and easy use on a phone, so more of your visitors find their way around.

No cookie pop-up

I don't add anything that follows your visitors around for advertising. So there's no cookie pop-up your customers have to click away before they see what you offer.

Privacy thought through

I only add things from other companies that your website really needs, like fonts, maps or videos, and I tell you which ones first. We go through them one by one.

Not a template

Two coaches or two salons competing for the same customers shouldn't look like the same builder theme in two colours. That happens on Wix and Jimdo every day. Your site is designed for your business, not picked off a list.

Real photos of your business, not stock images

Builder sites often run on stock photos. In and around Vienna, I can photograph your business myself, as an add-on to the website build.

The required legal pages (Impressum, privacy policy, terms) are part of every project at no extra charge and without a separate package. They are plain and unstyled, built from the text you provide, not part of the custom design.

§ 03 · How it works

How it works.

01

We talk about your business

We start with a free conversation, on WhatsApp, by phone or by video. I want to understand what you do, who your customers are and how your business makes money.

02

We decide what belongs, and what doesn't

Before any design, we work out together which pages and features your business really needs, and which it can do without. Nothing gets added just because it exists. You get the plan in writing, with a proposal and a timeline.

03

I design and build it for your business

Your website gets its own design, built around your business and the logo and colours you already have, not a template. I show you progress at the moments that matter, and you give feedback in plain words. I also set it up so Google and AI assistants such as ChatGPT understand what you offer and where you are. If your logo or colours need work, I can improve them too, as an extra.

04

Three months of fine-tuning, included

After launch you get a short report every month, three in total: which pages people visit, where they leave and how many get in touch. Each report ends with improvements backed by that data, in two parts: small improvements, which I make at no extra cost, and bigger improvements, which you can choose to have done at my normal development rate or covered by Website Care. This is part of every project.

05

Then you choose how it continues

I keep your website online and up to date with Website Basis or Website Care. Or I set it up on your own hosting, and from then on you look after it yourself.

§ 04 · Messages on WhatsApp

More visitors turn into messages.

If you want, your website gets a WhatsApp button. When someone finds you on Google, they can message you right away: no form, no email. The message lands straight on your phone.

The WhatsApp button is not an AI chatbot or a separate product. It's a simple button on your website. Every enquiry goes to your real WhatsApp. You see it, you reply, you book the appointment.

The WhatsApp button costs nothing extra. All it needs is your phone number.

When customers should really book online

Some businesses give out real appointments online, not just enquiries. For those I add a booking system that fits your business. Which one, we work out together, including privacy and cost.

The simple WhatsApp button stays the default. If you don't give out appointments online, you don't need a booking system, and I won't sell you one.

§ 05 · Common questions

Common questions.

What does a website cost?

There is no fixed price list, because the price depends on what your website needs. As a starting point: one page from €900, 2–5 pages from €1,500, 6–9 pages from €2,400. Tell me briefly what you have in mind, and you get a personal proposal. As a small business (Kleinunternehmer), I currently charge no VAT.

Do I need to know what I need?

No. That's what the first conversation is for. If you're not sure yet, I lead the direction and explain my thinking.

I've just opened my business. Can you help?

Yes. A new business often needs a website most, because customers can't find you anywhere else yet. I work with businesses that are registered and have started trading. Before we sign, I may ask for your trade licence or company register entry. If you're still preparing to open, message me anyway: we can talk it through now and sign once you've opened.

What if I disagree with your recommendation?

Then we talk it through, and I explain my reasoning. If you still prefer your way, we go with yours. It's your website.

How long does it take?

As long as it takes to get it right for your business. Most of the time goes into working out together what your website needs, not into building it. You get a timeline in writing with your proposal, and if something changes it, I tell you early.

What happens in the three months after launch?

You get a short report every month, three in total: which pages people visit, where they leave and how many get in touch. Each report ends with improvement suggestions backed by that data, in two sections. Included improvements: small changes, such as a better order of sections or a more visible button, which I make at no extra cost. Bigger improvements: changes that take more work, such as a reworked section or a new way to get in touch. You choose whether to have them done, at my normal development rate, or covered by Website Care within its monthly time for changes. Content changes, such as new or rewritten texts, new images or new pages, are not part of the included improvements. Basic visitor statistics without cookies are free for these three months, and you see the results in the reports. If you want to keep the statistics afterwards, with your own access to the dashboard, there is a one-time fee.

Do I need to provide texts and photos?

No, we talk about it. If you have material, I use it. If not, I can write texts, and in and around Vienna I can take photos. Neither is automatically included in the price.

Which languages can my website be in?

Any language your customers need. I work with you in German, English or Portuguese, and in those languages I can also write and check the texts. For any other language, you provide the texts and I build the website with them.

Can customers reach me on WhatsApp?

If you want, yes. I add a direct link to WhatsApp to your website, and messages land straight on your phone, with no chatbot and no extra accounts. If you prefer to be reached by phone, email or a form, the website leads there instead.

What happens once my website is online?

First come the three months of fine-tuning. After that, I can keep looking after it for you, or you take it over on your own hosting. You can read how that works.

§ 06 · Get started

Let's talk about your business.

Every project starts with a short call or a WhatsApp message. I take an honest look at what your business needs, and you get a clear proposal before anything begins.
