Millions of businesses still offline

Most small service businesses in the DACH region still manage bookings manually – by phone, WhatsApp, or pen and paper. The tools exist, but they weren't built for this audience.

Platforms built against the businesses they serve

The dominant booking platforms charge commissions on every new client booking. For a small salon or clinic with an established client base, this is a permanent tax on their work. AskDila charges a flat subscription fee – nothing more.

Regulation as a moat

The EU AI Act and the European Accessibility Act create compliance obligations that most non-EU booking tools are not built to meet. AskDila was designed EU-compliant from the start – turning regulation into a structural advantage.

§ 03 – Business model

Recurring software. Selective services.

B-Software combines recurring software revenue with selective service revenue that supports adoption. AskDila is a subscription SaaS product. B-Software Digital Presence provides project-based services – new websites, refreshes, and light rebrands – that include early access to AskDila and create a natural path into long-term software adoption.

This creates a practical go-to-market model: services generate early revenue and direct customer relationships, while software creates recurring value over time.

§ 04 – Where we are

Pre-seed. Built. Onboarding.

B-Software is pre-seed and pre-revenue. AskDila is a fully built product in its final stages of commercial launch in Vienna. Pilot customers are being onboarded.

This is an early-stage investment in a founder with domain expertise, a built product, and a clear path to first revenue.

§ 05 – Long term

A focused ecosystem, not one tool.

AskDila is B-Software's first flagship product. Alongside it, B-Software Digital Presence helps small businesses modernize online and serves as a practical entry point into the broader product ecosystem.

Over time, B-Software aims to grow into a focused multi-product company serving the same customer segment with practical, high-quality digital tools.

B-Software is not looking for just any investor. The goal is to work with a small number of long-term partners who believe in the same mission: building genuinely useful, EU-first software and digital tools for small businesses, one focused product at a time.
