- Enquiry form – name, email address, enquiry type, and an optional message.
We do not set cookies, run analytics, or use tracking pixels on this website. No data is stored in a database.
3. How we use your data
Form submissions are sent via MailerSend to the company inbox (hello@b-software.eu). MailerSend processes email delivery on our behalf and operates under EU data protection standards.
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
4. Data retention
Emails are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and comply with any legal obligations. We do not retain data beyond what is needed for the purpose it was collected.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (DSB)

We use the following sub-processors for email delivery:
- MailerSend (UAB MailerSend, EU) – transactional email delivery. Data is processed in the EU.
