Launch offer — conditions

B-Software e.U. ("B-Software", "we", "us") offers eligible businesses a professional website build at the following reduced rates (the "Launch Offer"):

• One-Pager: zero build fee (free). Hosting applies from go-live at €10/month.
• Up to 4 pages: 50% off the standard B-Software rate as quoted individually. Hosting applies from go-live at €10/month.

The Launch Offer has no expiry date and runs until withdrawn by B-Software with reasonable advance notice.

The offer is available to businesses that meet all of the following:

• A small or micro business (sole trader or company, broadly under 10 employees).
• Based in the DACH region (Austria, Germany, or Switzerland).
• Not yet a B-Software client for web design services.

The offer is limited to one per business, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Included: professional design, email contact link, imprint and privacy (as a page or popup), mobile optimisation, SSL, domain setup guide.

Not included: domain (registered and paid by the client separately, approx. €10–15/year), texts and images (provided by the client), SEO optimisation, dynamic features (booking systems, e-commerce, CMS, user accounts).

Revisions: 2 rounds of feedback are included. Additional rounds are chargeable at the standard hourly rate.

Contact: visitor contact is via a direct email link displayed on the site. No form processing or data storage by B-Software is included in the offer.

Same scope as Section 3, applied across up to four pages.

Discount basis: the 50% reduction applies to the standard B-Software rate for the agreed project as quoted individually. The quoted rate reflects the project scope; the client pays 50% of that figure.

Revisions: 2 rounds of feedback are included.

Target delivery times from project start:

• One-Pager: 1 calendar week.
• Up to 4 pages: 2 calendar weeks.

Both timelines are conditional on:

• All texts and images delivered in full before work begins.
• Feedback provided within 2 business days of each review round.
• No change in scope after work has started.

Delays caused by late material delivery or slow feedback extend the timeline accordingly.

The domain must be registered by the client in their own name before go-live. Domain costs are separate and not covered by the offer. B-Software will not hold registrar credentials or act as registrant. B-Software provides written DNS setup instructions; hands-on assistance is available but not guaranteed within the one-week window.

Hosting is charged at €10 per month, billed monthly in advance from the go-live date. The first invoice is due before deployment.

Late payment and suspension: if a payment is missed, B-Software sends one written reminder by email. If payment is not received within 14 days of that reminder, B-Software may suspend the hosting: the site is replaced by a neutral holding page. No data is deleted at this point.

Data retention: after suspension, stored data is retained for 60 days. During this window the client may reactivate hosting by settling all outstanding amounts plus a one-time reactivation fee. After 60 days B-Software reserves the right to permanently delete the data.

Domain: the domain remains registered in the client's name at all times. Suspension of hosting has no effect on domain ownership.

The client may leave hosting at any time with 30 days' notice to month-end. On exit, B-Software provides a static export of the site against a one-time transfer fee of €150. Dev-environment access and deployment tooling are not included in the handover; the export contains all publicly accessible content in a self-contained form.
