Bruno grew up in Portugal, holds a BSc in Electronics and Economics, and then spent years inside B2B software companies — testing, breaking, and quietly studying how enterprise platforms are built, sold and consumed.

The closer he looked, the more obvious one thing became: the small business at the corner — the salon, the studio, the clinic — was being asked to change everything about how it worked just to use a tool. Nobody asked the opposite question: what if the tool just met them where they already are?

Websites came out of that same question.
