B-Software Web Design

Websites that help local service businesses get found on Google and win direct WhatsApp enquiries.

For hair salons, barbershops, beauty studios, wellness businesses, personal trainers, and other local service providers across Austria and Germany: new websites, thoughtful refreshes, and light rebrands: designed to get you found on Google and turn visitors into direct WhatsApp enquiries.

§ 01 · Packages

Three focused offerings.

91.9% of Austrian businesses already have a website (Statistik Austria, 2025). Only 2% rely on social media alone. So most businesses don't need a first website, they need one that finally works. If you're not sure where yours stands, the visibility check is free.

§ 02 · What's different

Five things a template can't do.

Built accessible

Since 28 June 2025, Austrian websites with a booking flow have to be accessible. I build to WCAG 2.1 AA and publish the accessibility information that goes with it. An off-the-shelf site can't honestly promise you that, because nobody checks what's inside the template.

No cookie banner

Your website loads nothing it doesn't need: no third-party fonts, no tracking scripts, no embedded outside content. So there's no consent dialog for your customers to dismiss before they've even seen what you offer. That isn't a technical detail, it's the first impression your site makes.

EU-hosted, fonts served in-house

German courts ordered website owners to pay damages because their pages pulled Google Fonts straight from Google's servers, passing on visitors' IP addresses in the process. A wave of warning letters followed, at 100 to 170 euros per site. Your website runs on servers in the EU and serves its fonts from your own domain. That exposure never arises.

Not a template

Two salons competing for the same customers shouldn't look like the same builder theme in two colours. That happens on Wix and Jimdo every day. Your site is designed for your business, not picked off a list.

Real photos of your business, not stock images

Wix and Jimdo sites run on stock photography or AI visuals. On request, I photograph your business myself, as an add-on to the website build.

Accessibility and the required legal pages are included in every project. No surcharge, no separate package, no extra invoice for your website following the rules. Legal pages (Impressum, privacy policy, terms) are plain and unstyled, built from the text you provide, not part of the custom design.

§ 03 · How it works

Simple from start to launch.

01

Short conversation

I start with a brief call or WhatsApp exchange to understand your business, your current presence, and what you actually need.

02

Clear proposal

You receive a focused proposal: the right package, a fixed price, and a realistic timeline. No surprises.

03

Design and build

I design and build your site. You give feedback in plain language. No jargon, no drawn-out approval chains.

04

Launch and onboard

Your site goes live. I make sure everything works the way it should from day one, and walk you through any next steps.

§ 04 · Built-in WhatsApp enquiries

More visitors turn into messages.

Every website includes a direct click-to-WhatsApp contact link. When a potential customer finds you on Google, they reach you instantly: no forms, no email, no friction. The enquiry lands straight on your phone.

The WhatsApp link itself is not an AI chatbot or a separate product. It's a simple, reliable link built directly into your site. Every enquiry goes to your real WhatsApp. You see it, you reply, you win the booking.

No monthly fees, no setup cost, no learning curve. It's just your phone number and a button on your site.

When customers should really book online

Some businesses hand out real appointments, not just enquiries. For those I deliver AskDila, our own booking widget. It runs on servers in the EU, meets WCAG 2.1 AA, and is built into your website rather than dropped on top of it as someone else's window. No US provider is involved, so there's no cookie banner and no small print about data going to the United States.

The plain WhatsApp link stays the default. If you don't give out appointments online you don't need a booking system, and I won't sell you one.

§ 04 · Common questions

Questions I get asked.

What does a website cost?

Every project is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all price. Fill in the form and you'll get a personalised quote that fits your exact needs. No standard packages, no hidden costs.

How long does it take?

Most projects go from first contact to launch in two weeks. More complex sites with copywriting or a rebrand may take three to four weeks. You'll get a realistic timeline in the proposal, before anything begins.

Do I need to provide content and photos?

No. If you have them, great. I'll use them. If not, I can write your page content and arrange a photo shoot if you're in or near Vienna. For other locations, AI-generated visuals are available. Just mention it in the form.

Does it work in German?

Yes. All websites are built in the language your business runs in: whether that's German, English, or bilingual across Austria, Germany, or the wider DACH region. Just mention it in the form.

Will customers be able to reach me on WhatsApp?

Yes. Every site includes a direct click-to-WhatsApp link, so potential customers can message you instantly from any device. Enquiries land straight on your phone: no AI chatbot, no forwarding, no extra accounts needed.

§ 05 · Get a quote

Start with a short conversation.

Every project starts with a brief call or WhatsApp message. No template pitch, just a clear-eyed look at what your business actually needs and a fixed price before anything begins.
