Every website includes a direct click-to-WhatsApp contact link. When a potential customer finds you on Google, they reach you instantly: no forms, no email, no friction. The enquiry lands straight on your phone.
The WhatsApp link itself is not an AI chatbot or a separate product. It's a simple, reliable link built directly into your site. Every enquiry goes to your real WhatsApp. You see it, you reply, you win the booking.
No monthly fees, no setup cost, no learning curve. It's just your phone number and a button on your site.
When customers should really book online
Some businesses hand out real appointments, not just enquiries. For those I deliver AskDila, our own booking widget. It runs on servers in the EU, meets WCAG 2.1 AA, and is built into your website rather than dropped on top of it as someone else's window. No US provider is involved, so there's no cookie banner and no small print about data going to the United States.
The plain WhatsApp link stays the default. If you don't give out appointments online you don't need a booking system, and I won't sell you one.
